Fraud, harassment, false reviews, or misuse of referral and rewards programs may result in removal.
5. Third-Party Services
Contractors, payment processors, communications providers, and workflow platforms operate under their own terms.
6. Disclaimers
Service availability, timing, estimates, and outcomes depend on independent providers and local conditions.
7. Termination
HomeHub may suspend access for safety, fraud, lapsed partner dues, or repeated standards violations.
8. Governing Law
These pilot terms are governed by Texas law.
